We provide residential care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Some have complex medical or behavioral needs. Our homes in Warren are staffed 24 hours a day with a well-trained work force that assists individuals in all areas of daily living. Our fundamental goals include fostering skills of consumer independence and providing person centered planning while ensuring health, safety and continuity of care.
