Nitasha Letkiewicz

Nitasha started her career with Lakeshore Community Services in January of 2010 until February of 2012 as a Substitute staff for Residential Services. She returned to Lakeshore Community Services in February of 2017 as a Blended Case Manager in the Mental Health Program. She worked the Blended Case Manager position until she began her position as a Program Manager for ID Residential in September of 2021. In March of 2023, she was promoted to the role of Director of ID Services in Erie County.

Nitasha is a 2012 graduate from Gannon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Corrections. She has extensive experience working with Mental Health and/or Intellectually Disabled consumers. Nitasha enjoys working with the consumers she serves in her spare time.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her three daughters, reading, and visiting the beach.
