Karlyn Schultz
Vice President of Intellectual Disabilities Services
Karlyn graduated from Syracuse University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Sciences in Speech Communication. She began her career in working with persons with Intellectual Disabilities at the age of 18 at Lakeshore Community Services. Karlyn began as a DSP, as a substitute and was promoted to a Program Specialist in 1993 and the Program Director in 1998. She was then promoted to her current position as Vice President of Intellectual Disabilities.
Karlyn has enjoyed being a part of the growth of the ID Programs throughout the years. Time spent with her family and especially her grand children is her greatest joy.
