Jennifer Rinderle

Jennifer graduated from Edinboro University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work in 1993.

Jennifer’s experience has spanned across Intellectual Disability and Mental Health Services since 1994, where she held various roles such as, but not limited to, Live-In Residential Manager in an ID Community Home; direct care staff and later Supervisor and Director in Lakeshore’s Mental Health Semi-Independent Living Program. Later, initiated and became the Director of Mental Health Services, including Blended Case Management, Mobile Medication Monitoring and Housing Support Services at Lakeshore. Jennifer became Lakeshore’s Chief Operating Officer in 2016.

When Jennifer isn’t busy being busy, she’s busy with her family (including 4 children), spending time reading, going to the beach, kayaking and enjoying the outdoors
