Jen graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Psychology. She has been working in the field since the mid-90s. Jen has held various positions with Lakeshore Community Services since coming aboard in 1998. She currently is the HR Director of Staff Development. In her free time, she can be found at her daughter’s shows or just spending time with her family.
