Jenifer DeMers

Jen joined the Lakeshore team in 2004. She started part-time, helping organize and track staff paperwork for a new Mental Health program. It didn’t take long before those organized, and tracked papers became an official Records and Reporting office and Jen the Director.

A few years later, she helped Lakeshore move away from paper, paper, and more paper into an electronic health record system. Jen appreciates the excitement and challenges of ever-changing technology as it feeds her curiosity – curiosity is what keeps life interesting. Jen’s role allows her to collaborate across multiple areas/departments in the Lakeshore community.

Out of the office, Jen loves to create visual oasis’ in the garden, travel to new locales, and spend time with family.
