Ed joined Lakeshore in February of 2022 to fill the newly created position of Director of Recruitment and Retention. Prior to joining Lakeshore, he had been with the Erie County Redevelopment Authority, a member of Erie County Council, and the men’s retail sector for 20 years. He is married with three adult children. Recruiting the best possible candidates and keeping them at Lakeshore is his top priority.
In his spare time he enjoys his family, the outdoors and is a member on numerous boards of area nonprofits.
